The Xiaomi SU7, identified by model numbers BJ7000MBEVR2 and BJ7000MBEVA1, is a standout C-class sedan. It boasts a single motor with a robust peak power of 220kW (295hp), supplied by UAES (United Automotive Electronic Systems). Powering this innovation are LPT (lithium iron phosphate) batteries from FinDreams, BYD’s battery manufacturing arm. Optional LiDAR enhances the driving experience, possibly hinting at advanced driver assistance and autonomous capabilities.
Xiaomi SU7 Pro and SU7 Max: Dual Motor Powerhouses
The SU7 Pro and SU7 Max, associated with a different model number, are propelled by dual motors delivering 220kW (295hp) and 275kW (386hp), courtesy of Suzhou Innovance Automotive in China. These models feature Li-ion ternary batteries supplied by CATL, offering a compelling blend of power and efficiency.

The SU7 series presents options with or without LiDAR technology, with the Lidar component strategically positioned. A B-pillar camera hints at potential face recognition unlocking features. Production Timeline
The mass production of the Xiaomi SU7 series is scheduled to commence in December 2023. Trial production has already begun in BAIC’s Beijing factory, with deliveries expected to kick off in February 2024.
